Italian Spaghetti Eater (2015) is a unique work by French street artist Jef Aérosol, created in spray paint on a narrow wooden panel.

The composition depicts a young man eating spaghetti, rendered through the artist’s characteristic stencil technique. The natural grain and divisions of the wooden support remain visible beneath the image, becoming part of the composition and giving the work a raw, urban character.

Working primarily with stencils and spray paint, Jef Aérosol is known for portraits and figures drawn from both everyday life and popular culture. Here, an ordinary moment is isolated and transformed into a striking life-size presence through strong contrasts of black, white and the exposed wood.
