When you first look at a work by Seny, you are irretrievably captivated by one thing: the gaze of his muses. If the gaze is the reflection of the soul, Seny seems to have uncovered the secret of the people he portrays. At first glance, the maturity, creativity and originality of his work reveal an artist with a distinctive visual language. Seny is a street artist from the suburbs of Paris, based in Vitry-sur-Seine, who first gained recognition through his debut exhibition in the heart of Paris.
Seny approaches his growing presence in the art world with remarkable maturity and humility, aware that this is only the beginning of a long journey. Immersed in the artistic world from an early age, he has always been shy, dreamy, curious and reserved. He turned to street art as a means of expression and fulfillment while still in high school, a path that was reinforced when he was accepted into a prestigious art school in Paris. Today, he develops his practice both in the studio and on the street, drawing inspiration from pop and urban culture, rap, cinema and fashion.
For several years, he has been creating his works using stencils, combining spray paint, acrylic and Posca. He continues to experiment with new combinations of materials and supports.
